  Had great experience with service advisor Ted Levine who went the extra yard after a warranty repair that was done revealed another issue with my vehicle. When I brought my vehicle back for my concern rather then being defensive about the issue he went out of his way to get my vehicle in to diagnose the issue and set up a car rental for me. He was attentive and on top of the issue even for a 13 year old Mercedes E350. The upper echelon at MB should know and appreciate what a "gem" they have working on the front line for them. Thank you again Mr. Levine for your great service!!
